Jim recently relocated to the Milwaukee area from Denver, Colorado, where he spent a decade playing both lead and rhythm guitar in a variety of bands known for their eclectic styles and dynamic performances. His musical résumé includes Deja Voodoo (blues, rock, funk, and jam band), The Legendary Hitchhikers (a Tom Petty tribute band voted among Denver’s Top 10 tribute bands), and UnLeashed (classic rock) with an incredible female lead singer.
A self-taught guitarist with more than 50 years of experience, Jim’s playing is deeply rooted in the blues. His inspirations include legendary artists, Duane Allman, Dickey Betts, Warren Haynes, Jerry Garcia, David Gilmour, Jeff Beck, Robin Trower, Eric Clapton, Jimmy Page, Stevie Ray Vaughan, and Jimi Hendrix.
